FAQs

The EPIC Summit 2026 takes place over three days from 22nd to the 24th of July 2026.

The summit venue is Siem Reap at the Angkor Paradise Hotel.

The tuk-tuk is the most widely used form of public transport in Siem Reap. Transport costs are very reasonable, and it should be possible to easily get to the summit venue from most other hotels located around Siem Reap.

International guests are advised to arrive in Siem Reap a couple of days in advance to give time to settle-in to the time zone and climate conditions.
The Opening Event will take place on the afternoon of Wednesday 22nd of July.

Most presentations and workshops will be held on Thursday 23rd and morning of Friday 24th of July.

Optional site visits to local schools may be arranged around the conference dates depending on local availability and participant interest.

Visits to the Angkor temple complex may also be arranged either on a group basis or independently depending on numbers and level of interest (additional cost).

There are a small number of bursaries intended to support participants who can enhance Ireland-Cambodia institutional collaborations. As such, the bursaries are restricted to institutionally affiliated attendees on the island of Ireland.

The event will be held in Siem Reap at the Angkor Paradise Hotel.
